The 16 finalists have been confirmed and are indicated as the highlighted
teams below. The draw for the Euro 2008 groups will be made in Lucerne on
2nd December 2007. Holland have been awarded the final berth as top seed
along with hosts Austria and Switzerland in addition to holders Greece. The
hosts have already been allocated in to group A and B, the remaining teams
will be drawn.
